Microsoft has tried to address malicious advertisements in their web browser with Internet Explorer 8's "SmartScreen" feature. Where is all this malware coming from?
Malware infections of Windows-based computers have become a common problem. Infected advertisements (maliciously placed) are the primary source of the problem.
